First there was The Mummy, in 1999. Then the sequel, The Mummy Returns came out two years later, in 2001. Now, after waiting seven more years, at last we have another Mummy installment. This time its The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. And, with two actors that I love, Jet Li and Michelle Yeoh, this one has a lot of potential.
Explorer Rick O'Connell has to combat the resurrected Han Emperor in an epic that races from the catacombs of ancient China high into the frigid Himalayas. Rick is joined in this all-new adventure by his son Alex, wife Evelyn and her brother, Jonathan. This time, the O'Connells must stop a mummy awakened from a 2,000 year-old curse who threatens to plunge the world into his merciless unending service.
